After which, you are required to fill the attached data sheet completely and then send it to head office for approving and opening new code with the supporting enlisted below:

• Filled New Dealer’s / Distributor’s Data Sheet.
• Rs. 10,000/- security deposit for New Dealer and Rs. 25,000/- Security Deposit in case of New Distributor.
• PAN copy
• 3 Blank Cheques in favor of the “Prime Gold Industry”
• Personal details of the partners which you will find later in this policy.
• Purchase Order should be his letter Head on every order
• Profile of new Dealer/ New Distributors
• Personal Details of the proprietor or Partners are enlisted below:

  • • Personal residential address of Proprietor / Partners
  • • Email id of Proprietor/Partners

Once you completed all this and get the approval from management then the new code will be generated from billing software along with the process of booking your order and dispatching the same.
